Developing Talent was founded in 2008, based on a simple belief held by its founder, Tessa McEwan. That organisations were investing good money in people development but very often, nothing really changed afterwards. She believed that development could be approached in a more effective way, and in a way that leads to lasting behavioural change.
Now, combining more than two decades of experience in development, with her business partner having more than two decades of experience in senior leadership roles, the focus is on delivering highly relevant, practical and engaging programmes that are beneficial to both participants and organisations.
Tessa founded Developing Talent in 2008. She is qualified Tax Accountant with 20 years experience of Learning and Development. An expert in Assessment and Development, she is also an experienced Mindfulness practitioner who is a specialist in resilience and mental fitness.
Gary has more than two decades of leadership experience in FTSE 100 organisations. He is an expert in developing Leadership, High Performing Teams and improving Organisational Culture. He has also undertaken live TV and Media Interviews and is an accredited leadership and team coach.
