We combine our extensive experience of operational leadership, with our development expertise to design and deliver relevant coaching progammes based on your objectives and needs.

Typically these would be delivered over a number of months and the topics would build on one another to support meaningful change.

One to One Leadership Development Programmes

One to One coaching is a highly effective way at supporting and developing leaders to help them achieve their full potential, or overcome specific challenges.

The content and nature of the coaching is highly personalised based on the needs of the individual. A typical coaching programme would involve 4 to 6 sessions of 90 minutes depending on the objectives and coaching topics.

Our coaching programmes are aimed at all levels of leadership from executive coaching to emerging talent and focus on delivering transformational change.

Examples of topics include:

  • Creating a culture of leadership and high performance within in a business unit or department
  • Building accountability and delegating to focus on a more strategic approach to leadership
  • Making a successful transition to a more senior, or more demanding leadership role
  • How to communicate effectively – to inspire, influence and bring others with you
  • How to approach conflict or difficult conversations in a productive way and effectively manage relationships
  • Building inner confidence as a leader, improving authenticity and presence for greater impact
