Our approach

Developing Talent provides a range of mindfulness courses designed for leaders, teams and groups tailored to the culture and specific needs of your organisation. We provide a pragmatic and practical approach based on well-established and scientifically researched mindfulness programmes.

Our team delivers: 

  • Face to face and live online 1 to 2 hour workshops for up to 8 weeks for sustainable change
  • Short taster sessions to experience mindfulness and the impact it has
  • One to one mindfulness coaching typically adopted by senior leaders and executives
  • Programmes to embed the approach further by upskilling specific individuals enabling wider reach and impact

Developing Talent’s mindfulness teachers are highly skilled and experienced in delivering work based programmes.  They have been trained and assessed by the Oxford Mindfulness Centre, University of Oxford for workplace delivery and adhere to the UK Good Practice Guidelines for Mindfulness Teachers.
